Time Standards

  • Same day contact with insured upon assignment
  • Inspection within 72-hours (unless the insured is unable to schedule a meeting within that timeframe).
  • Settlement recommendations or documentation of adequate progress toward settlement completed within 72 hours of inspection.

Reporting

  • Real time reports are available to track the claim from the time it is received until the settlement recommendation is submitted.
  • Reserves are phoned-in at time of inspection.
  • Adjusters will settle based on agreed scope of damage, unless otherwise instructed.
