Time Standards
- Same day contact with insured upon assignment
- Inspection within 72-hours (unless the insured is unable to schedule a meeting within that timeframe).
- Settlement recommendations or documentation of adequate progress toward settlement completed within 72 hours of inspection.
Reporting
- Real time reports are available to track the claim from the time it is received until the settlement recommendation is submitted.
- Reserves are phoned-in at time of inspection.
- Adjusters will settle based on agreed scope of damage, unless otherwise instructed.
