Location Classes are held in NCA Group's state-of-the-art facility located in the Southern Oklahoma Technology Center, Ardmore, Oklahoma. Visit www.sotc.org to learn more.
Materials Required

Hardware: Computer (laptop w/external mouse, or desktop w/monitor, keyboard, mouse, compact disc drive) Minimum 800 MHZ, 512 MB RAM (1 GB recommended), 1 GB free space on hard drive.

Software: Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel(Students without the proper hardware and software will be required to update).

Printer: DeskJet or Laser capable of printing Microsoft Word & Excel.

Class Sizes Class limits range from 15 to 25 students per class. Please sign-up early.
Eligibility The Training Center accepts students who are currently involved in the insurance adjusting business or interested in pursuing a career as an insurance adjuster.
Instructors All Training Center instructors are veteran insurance claims professionals. Our instructors have worked as both adjusters and supervisory/management personnel. The diverse range of expertise each bring to the classroom is the direct result of their success in this industry.
Training Materials Manuals, handbooks and other training materials are supplied by the Training Center. If any additional items are required for a particular class, notification will be sent with the enrollment confirmation.
Testing & Certificates

Each course employs a series of written tests and quizzes. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to each student with 70% or higher test results.

Lodging Ardmore offers many major hotels, each located just minutes from the Training Center as well as some of the metropolitan area's best restaurants and entertainment.
Refunds/Cancellation Policy

NCA will cancel any student’s enrollment upon request of the student. The student’s obligation at the time of cancellation will be calculated as follows:

  1. A student is entitled to a full refund if one (1) or more of the following criteria are met:
    • The student cancels the enrollment agreement or enrollment application within six (6) business days after signing.
    • The student’s enrollment was procured as a result of a misrepresentation in the written materials utilized by the NCA Group Training Center.
  2. A student withdrawing from an instructional program, after starting the program at the NCA Group Training Center, is entitled to a pro-rata refund based upon the number of days less an application/enrollment fee of $200.00, which was secured at the time of enrollment as a deposit.
  3. Refunds will be issued within thirty-one (31) days of the student’s request for cancellation or withdrawal.
